2. What cookies and similar tools are

3. What this site uses (current situation)

As it is currently configured by the Controller:

3.1 Profiling and marketing cookies

Not used.

3.2 Analytics / measurement

No third-party analytics tools are used and no tracking tags/pixels are present.

3.3 First-party technical cookies

As the site is static and has no features that require them (e.g., login, cart, persistent preferences), it does not set first-party technical cookies.

3.4 Links to external content (YouTube and Vimeo)

The site may contain links to content hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube and Vimeo).

  • If only a (clickable) link is present: the third-party platform is contacted only when the user clicks and leaves the site. At that point, the third party’s notices and settings apply.
  • If in the future videos were embedded directly in the pages: loading the embed may involve the use of third-party cookies or tracking tools already when the page loads. In that case, the site will be updated with a consent management mechanism and this notice will be updated.

Note: the installation of cookies and tracking systems by third parties is not technically controllable by the Controller when the user interacts with external content or when such content is loaded within a page.

4. Hosting: Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft Azure)

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps.
The hosting provider may process technical logs related to service delivery and security (e.g., HTTP requests, IP addresses, user agent), in accordance with its own policies and obligations.

As long as the site does not use cookies or tools that are not strictly necessary (e.g., trackers/marketing, third-party analytics, embeds that trigger tracking on load), a consent banner for profiling/marketing purposes is not required.

If in the future the site introduces:

  • automatically loaded third-party embeds (e.g., embedded videos),
  • non-exempt analytics tools,
  • marketing pixels/tags, a compliant opt-in mechanism will be implemented and this page will be updated.
